You can book reservations through our website, and you have the option to request a quote or open a customer account for online booking.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>SERVICES:<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>We strive to provide you with a positive experience. When you enter your ride information and transportation service preferences on our website, we will find the most qualified affiliate in your area to offer you the best service at the best price, thanks to our negotiated rates. While we do take certain steps to verify the credentials of our affiliated limousine companies, we cannot guarantee or endorse the skills or reputation of these companies or the quality of the service they may provide if you choose to retain their services.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>PAYMENTS:<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>WW\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: #eae0c8;\">TRAVEL<\/span> SOLUTIONS accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.<\/div><div>To confirm your reservation and hold the vehicle, full payment for all trips must be made in advance. Vehicles will not be dispatched for service if payment is not received.<\/div><div>If your transaction is declined, we will attempt to contact you to arrange alternate payment so that your service can continue as contracted.<\/div><div>WW\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: #eae0c8;\">TRAVEL<\/span>\u00a0SOLUTIONS may charge your credit card for any of the following: deposits, cancellation fees, damages to the vehicle, and all services rendered. We will calculate the exact amount of hours and charges when the trip is completed and deduct your deposit amount from the balance due.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">CANCELLATIONS:<\/span><\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">If you cancel your service after the specified time for the type of service you have reserved, you will be responsible for the remaining balance due. This balance will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">To cancel an existing reservation, you must submit a request via email to reservations@africalimo.com. Voicemails or phone calls requesting a cancellation or modification will not be considered proper notification.<\/span><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">CANCELLATION TIMETABLE:<\/span><\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Airport pick-ups (Sedan &amp; SUV service):<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made 72 hours before the service time.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the reservation date, a charge of 50% of the total will be applied. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 100% of the total will be due. For all limousine and charter arrangements, a non-refundable 20% deposit is taken in case of cancellation.<\/span><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Stretch Limousine:<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Deposits are non-refundable. To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made 14 days before the service time.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">If a cancellation is made within 14 days before the scheduled pick-up date, a charge of 50% of the total will be applied. If a cancellation is made within 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date, 100% of the total will be due. For all limousine and charter arrangements, a non-refundable 35% deposit is taken in case of cancellation.<\/span><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mini Bus &amp; Coach Bus:<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Deposits are non-refundable. For all Mini Bus and Coach Bus reservations, a non-refundable 35% deposit is taken in case of cancellation.<\/span><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">SPECIAL EVENTS:<\/span><\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Weddings \u2013 cancellations must be made no later than 60 days before the service date.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">All Stretch Limousine reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Please note that these cancellation policies may change during major festivals and conferences.<\/span><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>REFUNDS:<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>If you are eligible for a refund of any payments made to us (e.g. deposits, prepaid overtime, balance), we will process your refund within two weeks by issuing a company check or crediting the credit card used for payment. If a credit card was not used for payment, we will issue a company check.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>DAMAGES:<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by you or any member of your party. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged for any damages.
