In the event that WWLIMO farms out your ride, WWLIMO is not responsible and\/or liable for any 3rd party claims. When you book a ride, you hereby agree to release WWLIMO (and or officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents) and any other third party person from any damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, arising our of or in any way connected with the actions or inactions of the farmed our ride limousine service providers.\n      <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n      \n      In the case of a farm out: while WWLIMO vets its affiliates and ensures they posess all required permits and authorizations during the vetting process, WWLIMO does not make any representations or warranties that members are appropriately licensed, free of significant state-level civil legal judgments, or carry appropriate automobile, general liability, and indemnity insurance or bonding at the time of registration, during the period they are members, or thereafter. As circumstances can change daily, WWLIMO does not represent or warrant that the information received from state, provincial or other government agencies or from third party sources is accurate, error free, or that it is up to date or updated at the time that Company checks such information. Most agencies have periodic update cycles or schedules and this information is not always updated on a real-time basis by such agencies and third party sources.\n      \n      \n      <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n      \n      * Note: Warm\/Hot weather days may affect the cooling ability of the vehicle in which WWLIMO LLC is not responsible for. In the event that the rented vehicle suffers or sustains a mechanical problem, we may provide a vehicle of similar kind and quality at our discretion. This replacement will satisfy WWLIMO LLC responsibility under this contract.\n      <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n      ~ Any damages to the interior and\/or exterior of the vehicle, will be the responsibility of the client who signs this agreement. If there is any items\/property belonging to WWLIMO LLC damaged\/removed by any passenger, it will be the responsibility of the client to pay for the repairs to the satisfaction of WWLIMO LLC. There is an additional charge of $300.00 for cleaning the vehicle, if a person becomes sick\u00a0or if there is any damage or excessive cleaning from any passenger, it will be the responsibility of the client to pay for the repairs to the satisfaction of WWLIMO LLC, depending on the severity of the damage. Damage costs will be determined by WWLIMO LLC after appropriate professional quotes are obtained.\n      <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n        ~ WWLIMO LLC assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damages, personal injuries, or physical harm incurred as a result of getting in\/out of the vehicles, inappropriate behavior within the vehicles by the client and\/or guests\n<p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n \n~ WWLIMO LLC assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for lost or damaged personal belongings and\/or items left in the vehicles by the client and\/or guests\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n  <button class=\"accordion\">+ Smoking \/ Food:<\/button>\n  <div class=\"panel\">\n  <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n    <p>No smoking\/vaping or food of any kind is allowed in the vehicles. Any damages from smoking or food will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee to the client that signs this agreement on the credit card we have on file once it has been evaluated and documented by management after your reservation. In the event of smoking or food, the chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the run with no refund.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n\n  <button class=\"accordion\">+ Collections:<\/button>\n  <div class=\"panel\">\n    <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n      <p>In the event that you refuse to pay your obligations resulting in WWLIMO LLC needing to employ a collection company or an attorney, you agree to fully reimburse WWLIMO LLC all attorney fees, court costs, collection fees and any out of pocket expenses that we may incur. A 2% monthly charge will be added to all unpaid balances.<\/p>\n      <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p><\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n  <button class=\"accordion\">+ Unforeseen Event:<\/button>\n  <div class=\"panel\">\n  <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n    <p>The client understands and accepts that Acts of God, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and\/or severe weather conditions delay travel. Every effort will be made to dispatch the contracted limousine(s) during these conditions and all attempts will be made to arrive at the designated pick up locations on time. In the event that there is a delay caused by an Act of God, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and\/or severe weather conditions resulting in any of the contracted limousine(s) arriving late at any of the pick up addresses, we will modify the drop off time to reflect the amount of time caused by the delay. You agree that this action will compensate you for the delay and there will be no further liability to us. Should we deem at any time up until the day of the service that said conditions are too dangerous for our chauffeurs and\/or vehicle(s) than we will inform you of such and terminate the service.<\/p>\n    <p>\n      &nbsp;\n      <p>\n  <\/div>\n  <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"quform-element quform-element-html quform-element-2_85 quform-cf\"><div class=\"quform-spacer\">&nbsp;\n\nAll\u00a0trips will be charged in full in order to confirm the reservation and hold the vehicle. Vehicles will not be dispatched for service if funds are not available.<br>\n<br>\nWe will attempt to contact you in the event your transaction is declined so that alternate payment may be arranged and your service will continue as contracted.<br>\n<br>\nWWLIMO LLC will charge the credit card for any of the following charges; deposits, cancellation fee, damages to the vehicle and all services rendered. We will calculate the exact amount of hours and charges when the trip is completed.
